South Shields born Jade Thirlwall has expressed that her bandmates are “raring to get back” following the release of the 10th anniversary album ‘Between us’.
Jade Thirlwall, raised in the Laygate area of South shields, is a quarter of the very popular girl group Little Mix. Jade also owns the very popular Arabeia bar in South Shields.
They are the first group to win the British version of the X Factor, which was formed after Jade was eliminated in the boot camp stage of the X Factor in 2011. The group has since released six albums, sold over two million concert tickets across the world, as well as achieving five number-one singles on the UK singles chart.
Bandmates Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock have both recently had children, but as a trio they have recently released their 10th anniversary album ‘Between us’. In an interview with Rebecca Judd on Apple Music 1, Jade said: “No, they’re good (bandmates Perrie and Leigh-Anne). They’re actually raring to get back as well to be honest, we message every day, call each other just about every day. And I think they’re getting major FOMO seeing me out and about doing bits.”.
The group has also recently made his history in 2021 by being the first female group to win a Brit award for the best British group.
The anniversary album ‘Between us’ features their biggest hits as well as some new songs. Featuring the hits such as ‘Wings’, ‘Black Magic’, and ‘Shout Out To My Ex’, as well as new songs ‘Kiss My (uh-Oh)’ featuring Anne-Marie, ‘Between Us’, and ‘No’.
